Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a score of 73.3, which is way better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's general score of 60.8. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version, so it counts with a couple additional features. Although Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is incredibly heavier than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, it's somewhat thinner and newer.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with just a bit better processing power than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a lot better screen than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because although it has a lot smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1200 x 1920px, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also counts with a higher screen pixels density.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 256 GB. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a much better battery lifetime than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

Although Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, resigning some specifications.
