The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is way better than Asus VivoTab Smart, with a 73.3 score against 58.7. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is a way thinner and somewhat lighter device than Asus VivoTab Smart. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite comes with Android 8.0 Oreo OS, and Asus VivoTab Smart comes with Windows 8 OS. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a bit superior processing unit than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and they are faster).
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a slightly better looking display than Asus VivoTab Smart, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite also has a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1200px and a higher display pixels density. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite takes a bit better pictures and videos than Asus VivoTab Smart. They have a back-facing camera with an 8 mega pixels, the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Asus VivoTab Smart. They have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with a really longer battery performance than Asus VivoTab Smart.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite costs a bit more than the Asus VivoTab Smart, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
