The Google Pixel Slate has a score of 79.3, which is a bit better than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite's 73.3 score. Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS OS, and Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with Android 8.0 Oreo OS. Although Google Pixel Slate and Huawei MediaPad M5 lite were released only 2 months apart, Google Pixel Slate's body is way heavier but just a little bit thinner than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite.
The Google Pixel Slate counts with a brighter display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because it has a bigger screen, a much better resolution of 3000 x 2000 and a higher amount of pixels per inch of display. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with a quite better processing power than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores.
The Google Pixel Slate counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory capacity. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a much better battery life than Google Pixel Slate.
Google Pixel Slate counts with a superior camera than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite. Both of them have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same resolution back-facing camera.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei MediaPad M5 lite. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, giving up a couple features and specs.
