The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is a way newer and a bit thinner tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, although it's a lot heavier. Both tablets we are comparing here have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has Android 4.4.2, so it provides lots of additional features.
