Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a global score of 73.3, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's general score of 58.8. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite's design is incredibly newer and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's, but it's also just a bit heavier. Both tablets in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0, so it provides some extra features.
The Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a bit sharper display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, although it has a little bit smaller display, a much lower resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a just a little lower pixels density. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a greater number of cores.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 256 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with superior battery life than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a 7500mAh battery capacity against 6100mAh.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite captures much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a much more megapixels camera.
