Huawei MediaPad X2 has an overall score of 72.7, which is much better than the LG G Pad X 8.3's 63.8 general score. The Huawei MediaPad X2 is a lighter and somewhat thinner portable tablet than the LG G Pad X 8.3, even when both were released with only a few months difference. Both tablets we compare here work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei MediaPad X2 has older 5.0 version and LG G Pad X 8.3 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
Huawei MediaPad X2 features a much better looking screen than LG G Pad X 8.3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater pixel quantity per display inch and a quite better resolution of 1920 x 1200. Huawei MediaPad X2 features a more powerful CPU than LG G Pad X 8.3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has a 64-bit processing unit and a greater amount of RAM memory.
The LG G Pad X 8.3 shoots clearer photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad X2, although it has a worse 1920x1080 video definition and a way less mega pixels resolution back facing camera. The Huawei MediaPad X2 features much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G Pad X 8.3, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 128 GB, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has 16 GB more internal memory capacity.
Huawei MediaPad X2 has just a bit better battery duration than LG G Pad X 8.3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4800mAh.
