The Huawei MediaPad X2 has a global score of 72.7, which is better than Galaxy Tab 7.7's 64.8 general score. The Huawei MediaPad X2 body is noticeably newer, a bit thinner and lighter than Galaxy Tab 7.7. These devices come with Android OS, but the Huawei MediaPad X2 has newer 5.0 version and Galaxy Tab 7.7 has Android 4.0.4 version.
Huawei MediaPad X2 features a better performing CPU than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores, more RAM and a 64-bits processor. The Huawei MediaPad X2 features a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per inch in the display and a much higher 1920 x 1200 resolution.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei MediaPad X2, because although it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 32 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. Huawei MediaPad X2 takes greater photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a way higher video definition and a way more mega pixels back facing camera.
