IPad mini 2 has a global score of 77.2, which is much better than Huawei MediaPad's 56.4 global score. IPad mini 2 counts with iOS 8.x operating system, and Huawei MediaPad works with Android 4.0 operating system. The iPad mini 2 construction is extremely thinner and lighter than the Huawei MediaPad.
The Apple iPad mini 2 has a brighter display than Huawei MediaPad, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a much higher 1536 x 2048 resolution and a little bigger screen. The Apple iPad mini 2 has a much bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 124 GB more internal memory capacity.
The iPad mini 2 counts with a better performing processor than Huawei MediaPad, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU and 1 GB of RAM memory, the iPad mini 2 also has a 64-bit CPU and a much better GPU running at 600 MHz. The iPad mini 2 features a really longer battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 6471mAh of battery capacity against 4100mAh.
IPad mini 2 has a much better camera than Huawei MediaPad, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 5 mega pixels resolution, the iPad mini 2 also has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
