Comparison review

Asus VivoTab is a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad, having a score of 57.5 against 56.4. The Asus VivoTab design is thinner but a lot heavier than Huawei MediaPad. The Asus VivoTab counts with Windows 8 operating system, while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0 operating system. Asus VivoTab counts with a bit more powerful processor than Huawei MediaPad, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab also has a much better graphics processing unit working at 533 MHz and more RAM.

Huawei MediaPad counts with a sharper display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a bit worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater pixels amount per inch in the display. Asus VivoTab has a much bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.

The Huawei MediaPad counts with a superior battery duration than Asus VivoTab. Huawei MediaPad takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Asus VivoTab, although it has a camera with much less mega-pixels and a lot lower video resolution.

Although Asus VivoTab is a better device, it is more expensive than Huawei MediaPad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei MediaPad. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Asus VivoTab, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Huawei MediaPad, giving up a couple specifications.
