Comparison review
Asus VivoTab Smart is slightly better than the Huawei MediaPad, with a 58.7 score against 56.4. Asus VivoTab Smart comes with Windows 8 operating system, while Huawei MediaPad counts with Android 4.0 operating system. The Asus VivoTab Smart is a much heavier but just a little bit thinner device than the Huawei MediaPad.
The Asus VivoTab Smart counts with a little bit better performance than Huawei MediaPad, and although they both have 2 processing cores, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has more RAM memory and a much better graphics co-processor running at 533 MHz. Huawei MediaPad has just a bit better looking screen than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a way smaller screen and a quite lower 800 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a better display pixel density.
Asus VivoTab Smart features a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei MediaPad features a really longer battery performance than Asus VivoTab Smart.
Asus VivoTab Smart captures just a bit better photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a back facing camera with a lot higher 8 megapixels resolution and a lot higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
Although Asus VivoTab Smart is a better device, it costs more money than the Huawei MediaPad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei MediaPad. If you want to save some money, you can get the Huawei MediaPad, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your savings.
