Comparison review
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a global score of 73.3, which is a lot better than the Huawei MediaPad's 56.4 score. Both tablets we are comparing here have Android OS, but Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has 8.0 Oreo version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0, so it provides a couple nice extra features. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is a heavier but a lot thinner tablet than the Huawei MediaPad.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with a quite superior hardware performance than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a greater number of cores (and they are faster). The Huawei MediaPad counts with a slightly better looking display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, although it has a lot smaller screen, a just a little lower pixels count in each inch of screen and a lot lower 800 x 1280px resolution.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a much longer battery duration than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 7500mAh of battery capacity.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with a much better camera than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a much better (Full HD) video quality and a much more mega-pixels back facing camera.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite costs more than the Huawei MediaPad, but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
