LG G Pad 8.0 is a little bit better than Huawei MediaPad, having a 58.6 score against 56.4. LG G Pad 8.0's body is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner than Huawei MediaPad. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the LG G Pad 8.0 has the newer 5.0 version and Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features.

LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei MediaPad, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a faster graphics processor and more processing cores. The LG G Pad 8.0 features a bit sharper display than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has a little bit less pixels per inch in the display, and they both have the same exact 1280 x 800 resolution, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a little larger display.

Huawei MediaPad features a much better camera than LG G Pad 8.0. Both of them have a same resolution back-facing camera, the same video frame rate and the same 1280x720 video definition. The LG G Pad 8.0 has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 12 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 64 GB.

The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a bit longer battery life than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a 2 percent greater battery size.
