The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is just a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad, with a 60.8 score against 56.4. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has 4.1.2 version and Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0 version, giving you a couple additional features. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a a little bit thinner and lighter tablet device than Huawei MediaPad.
The Huawei MediaPad features a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU and a 1 GB RAM, the Huawei MediaPad also has a graphics co-processor. The Huawei MediaPad has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Huawei MediaPad also has a higher resolution of 800 x 1280px and a greater pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features a much greater memory to install applications and games than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 32 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 64 GB. The Huawei MediaPad has just a bit longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a 2% more battery size.
Huawei MediaPad captures better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality, the Huawei MediaPad also has a lot higher resolution camera.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei MediaPad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei MediaPad. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Huawei MediaPad, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
