Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a global score of 68.3, which is a lot better than the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000's 54 general score. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has 8.1 Oreo version and Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 has Android 4.2. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) design is much newer and thinner, but also a bit heavier than the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000.

The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 has a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), although it has a much lower 600 x 1024px resolution, a bit lower number of pixels per screen inch and a quite smaller display. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a processing unit that's just as good as the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 one, because although the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) counts with a much better camera than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000. Both have a same resolution back-facing camera. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) counts with much more memory for apps and games than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, because it has 16 GB more internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 400 GB.
