Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is slightly better than the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, getting a 58.1 score against 55.2. These devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has an older 3.0 version while Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 has Android 4.2 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 body is noticeably thinner than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, but it is way heavier and was released many years before.
The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 has a better performing processor than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a GPU and a greater number of faster cores. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a little bit better looking display than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, and although they both have a better amount of pixels per inch in the display, the Galaxy Tab 8.9 also has a higher 800 x 1280 resolution and a bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a slightly better storage for apps and games than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a much longer battery duration than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 3500mAh.
The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera.
