The Galaxy Tab is slightly better than the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, with a 58.6 score against 55.2. Despite being the best tablet we compare here, it must be noted that it's also an extremely older, just a little bit thicker and heavier tablet. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab has the older 2.3.3 version and Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 has Android 4.2.
Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab. Both have a screen of the same size, a better pixel number in each inch of display and an equal resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels. The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 counts with a quite superior processing power than Galaxy Tab, because it has an extra graphics processing unit, more processing cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab captures a bit better photographs and videos than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, although it has a much less mega pixels resolution camera. Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 counts with much more storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab. Both of them have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
Galaxy Tab has a bit better battery lifetime than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3500mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Lenovo IdeaTab A3000. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, resigning some features and specifications.
