Comparison review
The Lenovo Tab S8-50 has a global score of 59.6, which is a bit better than the Lenovo S5000's 56 overall score. Lenovo Tab S8-50 is a heavier but way thinner tablet than Lenovo S5000. Both tablets we compare here use Android operating system, but the Lenovo Tab S8-50 has newer 4.4 version and Lenovo S5000 has Android 4.2 version, counting with some nice extra features and increased performance.
Lenovo Tab S8-50 has a little bit better looking display than Lenovo S5000, because it has a bit larger display, a lot better resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a better pixel density. Lenovo Tab S8-50 features superior battery performance than Lenovo S5000, because it has a 4290mAh battery size.
The Lenovo Tab S8-50 features a way better camera than Lenovo S5000, because it has a way more megapixels camera in the back.
Although Lenovo Tab S8-50 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Lenovo S5000, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lenovo S5000. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Lenovo S5000, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
