The Galaxy Tab is a bit better than Lenovo S5000, getting a score of 58.6 against 56. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab has the older 2.3.3 version while Lenovo S5000 has Android 4.2. Despite being the best in our current comparison, Galaxy Tab is a notably heavier and incredibly thicker tablet than the Lenovo S5000.

Lenovo S5000 counts with a superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has a higher amount of RAM, a greater number of cores and a graphics processor.
Samsung Galaxy Tab features a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Lenovo S5000, because it has more internal memory. The Galaxy Tab shoots clearer videos and photos than Lenovo S5000, although it has a much less MP camera in the back. Galaxy Tab has a little better battery life than Lenovo S5000, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
