Lenovo TAB 2 A8 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, getting a 60.1 score against 58.6. The Lenovo TAB 2 A8 is a lighter and incredibly thinner device than Samsung Galaxy Tab. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Lenovo TAB 2 A8 has a newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3.

Lenovo TAB 2 A8 features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab, because it has a just a bit better count of pixels in each inch in the screen, a better resolution of 1280 x 800 and a bit bigger screen. Galaxy Tab has a slightly better memory to install applications and games than Lenovo TAB 2 A8, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory capacity.

The Lenovo TAB 2 A8 features a much faster CPU than Galaxy Tab, because it has a 64-bit CPU, more RAM memory, an additional graphics processing unit and a larger number of cores. The Galaxy Tab shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Lenovo TAB 2 A8, although it has a much less megapixels back camera.

The Lenovo TAB 2 A8 features just a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has a 5 percent more battery size.

Although Lenovo TAB 2 A8 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy Tab, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
