Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is much better than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, getting a 75.2 score against 63.1. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 design has the same thickness than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, but it's somewhat heavier. Both of these tablets work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has the previous 4.4.2 version and Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a little better hardware performance than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because although it has a lower number of cores , and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a brighter display than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because it has a better resolution of 2560 x 1600px, a greater number of pixels per inch in the display and a little bigger screen.
Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 16 GB more internal storage. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a battery lifetime that's just as good as the battery performance in Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, although the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has 4800mAh of battery capacity against 4850mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and a back camera with an 8 mega-pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is more expensive than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
