The iPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x operating system, while Lenovo Tab A7-50 comes with Android 4.4 operating system. The iPad 4 is a a bit thinner but much heavier device than Lenovo Tab A7-50. The iPad 4 counts with a more vivid display than Lenovo Tab A7-50, because it has a just a little more pixels per inch of screen, a much better 1536 x 2048 resolution and a much larger display.
IPad 4 counts with a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Lenovo Tab A7-50, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Lenovo Tab A7-50 features a little faster CPU than iPad 4, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Lenovo Tab A7-50 also has a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and a better 416 MHz GPU.
Apple iPad 4 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Lenovo Tab A7-50. Both have a back-facing camera with a 5 mega-pixels resolution. Lenovo Tab A7-50 has a very superior battery life than Apple iPad 4.
Although Apple iPad 4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Lenovo Tab A7-50, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Lenovo Tab A7-50. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Apple iPad 4, else you can save some money and buy the Lenovo Tab A7-50, giving up some features and specs.
