Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is much better than the Lenovo Tab A7-50, getting a 66.2 score against 56.9. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Lenovo Tab A7-50 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides some nice extra features. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and Lenovo Tab A7-50 were released only a couple months apart, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is a little bit lighter and notably thinner.
Lenovo Tab A7-50 counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and a worse graphics processor working at 416 megahertz, they both have the same number of cores. Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a slightly better display than Lenovo Tab A7-50, because although it has a bit lower screen pixel density, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800, the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 also counts with a little bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a slightly bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Lenovo Tab A7-50, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB.
