HTC Flyer has a general score of 58.7, which is a bit better than Lenovo Tab A8's 55.5 general score. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the HTC Flyer has an older 3.2 version and Lenovo Tab A8 has Android 4.4 version. The HTC Flyer is a somewhat heavier and a lot thicker portable tablet than Lenovo Tab A8.
The Lenovo Tab A8 counts with just a little better processing power than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Lenovo Tab A8 also counts with more CPU cores. The Lenovo Tab A8 counts with a slightly better looking display than HTC Flyer, because it has a bit more pixels per inch in the screen, a little bit larger screen and a higher 1280 x 800px resolution.
HTC Flyer counts with a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Lenovo Tab A8, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 32 GB, the HTC Flyer also has 32 GB internal memory. The Lenovo Tab A8 has just a little better battery duration than HTC Flyer, because it has a 4200mAh battery size.
Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Lenovo Tab A8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Lenovo Tab A8. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy HTC Flyer, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Lenovo Tab A8, letting go a couple features and specs.
