Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a score of 73.3, which is a lot better than Lenovo Tab A8's general score of 55.5. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is a way heavier but somewhat thinner tablet than the Lenovo Tab A8. Both tablets in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Lenovo Tab A8 has Android 4.4 version, so it gives you a couple additional features.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite and Lenovo Tab A8 both feature extremely similar screens, although the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite also has a lot better resolution of 1920 x 1200px, a bigger screen and a little bit greater screen pixel density. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a much better storage for games and applications than Lenovo Tab A8, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB and 48 GB more internal storage.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with a quite better processing power than Lenovo Tab A8, because it has 3 GB more RAM and a higher number of cores. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite shoots much better videos and photos than Lenovo Tab A8, because it has a back camera with a lot better resolution. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a much longer battery life than Lenovo Tab A8, because it has a 79 percent greater battery capacity.
