Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is much better than Lenovo Tab A8, having a 61.4 score against 55.5. The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) design is just a little bit thicker and notably heavier than the Lenovo Tab A8. These tablets have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has an older 4.1 version while Lenovo Tab A8 has Android 4.4.
Lenovo Tab A8 features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the Lenovo Tab A8 also has a higher number of cores (and also faster). The Lenovo Tab A8 has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has a much smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 800 resolution, the Lenovo Tab A8 also counts with a greater screen pixel density.
Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) counts with just a bit better camera than Lenovo Tab A8, although it has a camera in the back with way less MP resolution. Although Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Lenovo Tab A8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lenovo Tab A8. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Lenovo Tab A8, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
