The iPod Touch 5th Generation is much better than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet, getting a global score of 62.7 against 54. The iPod Touch 5th Generation works with iOS 7.x operating system, while Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet works with Android 3.1 operating system.
