Galaxy Tab 8.9 is a bit better than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet, with a global score of 58.1 against 54. Galaxy Tab 8.9's construction is incredibly thinner and way lighter than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet. Both devices we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 8.9 has older 3.0 version while Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet has Android 3.1.
