The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has a score of 61.4, which is just a bit better than LG G Pad 10.1's general score of 58.4. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has 4.1 version while LG G Pad 10.1 has Android 5.0 version. The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) body is somewhat heavier and just a little thicker than the LG G Pad 10.1.

The LG G Pad 10.1 has a bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1). Both have a same size screen, the same amount of pixels in each inch in the screen and exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280px. The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) features a quite bigger memory to store more apps and games than LG G Pad 10.1, although it has less internal storage capacity.

LG G Pad 10.1 features a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the LG G Pad 10.1 also has 2 more processing cores and an extra graphics processing unit. LG G Pad 10.1 has just a little better battery life than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a 14 percent greater battery size.

Although Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G Pad 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G Pad 10.1. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the LG G Pad 10.1, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
