The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a bit sharper display than LG G Pad 10.1, because although it has a way worse 600 x 1024 pixels resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better pixel density.

LG G Pad 10.1 has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a camera in the back with a way higher resolution.

The LG G Pad 10.1 counts with a superior battery performance than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a 100 percent greater battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G Pad 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G Pad 10.1. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy LG G Pad 10.1, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
