Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC Flyer has an older 3.2 version while LG G Pad 7.0 has Android 5.0.

LG G Pad 7.0 counts with a little more vivid display than HTC Flyer, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the LG G Pad 7.0 also has a better 1280 x 800 resolution and a better pixel density. The LG G Pad 7.0 counts with a little better performance than HTC Flyer, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the LG G Pad 7.0 also has a much better 450 megahertz graphics processing unit and more CPU cores.

The HTC Flyer shoots a lot better photos and videos than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has a much more mega-pixels back camera. The HTC Flyer features a lot bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has 32 GB internal storage. HTC Flyer and LG G Pad 7.0 feature incredibly similar batteries performance.

Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G Pad 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G Pad 7.0. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get LG G Pad 7.0, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
