Comparison review

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 is much better than the LG G Pad 7.0, with a score of 62.6 against 56.6. Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 is a somewhat thinner but notably heavier tablet than LG G Pad 7.0. Both tablets in this review come with Android operating system, but the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has the previous 4.0 version and LG G Pad 7.0 has Android 5.0 version.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 features a little more vivid display than LG G Pad 7.0, because although it has a little worse count of pixels per inch of screen, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 also counts with a larger screen. Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 features a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G Pad 7.0, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 16 GB more internal memory.

The LG G Pad 7.0 features a bit better processing power than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has a slower graphics processor, and they both have 1 GB of RAM, the LG G Pad 7.0 also counts with a larger number of cores. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 takes way better photos and videos than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has a much more mega-pixels back camera.

LG G Pad 7.0 and Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 both count with very similar battery performance, although the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has 3960mAh of battery capacity.

Although Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G Pad 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G Pad 7.0. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get LG G Pad 7.0, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
