The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is just a bit better than LG G Pad 8.0, having a global score of 60.8 against 58.6. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has an older 4.2.2 version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 version. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 body is just a little lighter and somewhat thinner than the LG G Pad 8.0.
