Asus Fonepad 7 has just a bit better processing power than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Asus Fonepad 7 also counts with a 64 bits CPU and more RAM memory. Asus Fonepad 7's camera is very similar to LG G Pad 8.0's camera, both have the same (Full HD) video quality, a back-facing camera with a 5 mega pixels resolution and the same video frame rates.
The LG G Pad 8.0 and the Asus Fonepad 7 feature quite similar memory for applications, games, photos and videos, both have exactly the same 16 GB internal storage and a SD card slot that supports up to 64 GB. The LG G Pad 8.0 features a very superior battery duration than Asus Fonepad 7.
Although Asus Fonepad 7 is a better device, it costs a little more money than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G Pad 8.0. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Asus Fonepad 7, otherwise you can save some money and buy the LG G Pad 8.0, resigning some features and specifications.
