Google Pixel Slate is way better than the LG G Pad 8.0, getting a overall score of 79.3 against 58.6. Google Pixel Slate's design is a lot heavier but incredibly thinner than the LG G Pad 8.0. Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS operating system, while LG G Pad 8.0 counts with Android 5.0 operating system.

The Google Pixel Slate has a bit superior processor than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has less processing cores and doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with 15 GB more RAM memory. The Google Pixel Slate has a slightly better screen than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a lot higher 3000 x 2000 pixels resolution, a way larger screen and a way higher pixels count per screen inch.

The Google Pixel Slate shoots greater photos and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Google Pixel Slate also has a back facing camera with a way better resolution. Google Pixel Slate has a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 240 GB more internal storage capacity.

The LG G Pad 8.0 features a much better battery duration than Google Pixel Slate.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G Pad 8.0. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Google Pixel Slate, otherwise you can save some money and buy the LG G Pad 8.0, letting go a couple specifications.
