HTC Jetstream is slightly better than the LG G Pad 8.0, getting a 63.6 score against 58.6. The HTC Jetstream construction is much heavier and notably thicker than the LG G Pad 8.0. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but the HTC Jetstream has the older 3.1 version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 version.
The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a little more vivid display than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel density and a bit higher 1280 x 800 resolution. The HTC Jetstream features more storage capacity for applications and games than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has an external memory slot that holds up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity.
The LG G Pad 8.0 has a bit better processing power than HTC Jetstream, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a larger number of cores and a much better graphics processing unit working at 450 MHz. HTC Jetstream features a way better battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a 7300mAh battery capacity.
The HTC Jetstream captures way better photographs and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the HTC Jetstream also has a back facing camera with a way better 8 mega-pixels resolution.
Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G Pad 8.0. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the HTC Jetstream, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG G Pad 8.0, giving up a couple specs and features.
