The Galaxy Note 8.0 is much better than the LG G Pad 8.0, getting a 69.2 score against 58.6. Galaxy Note 8.0 is a way thinner and a bit lighter tablet than LG G Pad 8.0. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but Galaxy Note 8.0 has 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0. LG G Pad 8.0 has a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0. Both of them have an equal resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the same count of pixels in each inch of display and a screen with the same size.

The Galaxy Note 8.0's storage capacity for apps and games is very similar to LG G Pad 8.0's one, both of them have a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB and equal 16 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a little better performance than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a much better GPU and more RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 takes much better videos and photos than LG G Pad 8.0. They have a camera in the back with a 5 mega pixels, the same video frame rate and the same video definition. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 costs a lot more than LG G Pad 8.0, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
