Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is better than LG G Pad 8.0, getting a 66.2 score against 58.6. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has the older 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 version. The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 construction is just a little lighter and a lot thinner than the LG G Pad 8.0.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a screen that is just as good as the screen in LG G Pad 8.0, both have a same size display, the same exact 1280 x 800 resolution and the same screen pixel density. Galaxy Tab 4 8.0's storage capacity for games and applications is just as good as the LG G Pad 8.0 one, both have an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB and exactly the same internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and LG G Pad 8.0 feature incredibly similar CPUs, and although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has more RAM, they both have a 450 megahertz GPU and a Quad-Core CPU. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a little better battery life than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a 6 percent larger battery size.
Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a bit better camera than LG G Pad 8.0, although it has a lot worse video definition and a lot less mega pixels resolution camera.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is more expensive than LG G Pad 8.0, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
