Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a global score of 76.7, which is way better than the LG G Pad 8.0's global score of 58.6. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is a heavier but extremely thinner tablet than the LG G Pad 8.0. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a more recent 13 version and LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides you lots of additional features and optimized performance.

LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a very superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, because although it has 7 GB lesser RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. LG G Pad 8.0 features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a lot lower display pixel density, a way smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 1280 x 800px.

Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a much better camera than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a way higher resolution back camera and a much higher (4K) video resolution. The Galaxy Tab S8 counts with much more storage capacity to install games and applications than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 112 GB more internal storage.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a much better battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has 8000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G Pad 8.0. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the LG G Pad 8.0, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
