These tablets use Android OS, but LG G Pad F2 8.0 has 7.1 Nougat version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2. Although LG G Pad F2 8.0 is heavier than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, it's somewhat thinner and also incredibly newer.
