Comparison review

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 has a score of 62.7, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's 58.8 global score. LG G Pad F2 8.0 is a notably newer tablet, and it's also much lighter and just a little bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad F2 8.0 has a newer 7.1 Nougat version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0, so it provides a couple additional features.

Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a brighter screen than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of screen, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280, the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE also counts with a little bit bigger display. LG G Pad F2 8.0 has a bit faster processor than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a greater number of 1.5 GHz cores.

LG G Pad F2 8.0 counts with a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal memory, the LG G Pad F2 8.0 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE counts with a much better battery lifetime than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because it has 6100mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 takes clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a camera with lot more MP and a lot higher 1920x1080 video quality.
