LG G Pad F2 8.0 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab, getting a general score of 62.7 against 58.6. LG G Pad F2 8.0's body is a lot newer, extremely thinner and just a bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab. These tablets include Android OS, but LG G Pad F2 8.0 has the newer 7.1 Nougat version while Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version, providing lots of additional features.
The Galaxy Tab has just a bit better looking screen than LG G Pad F2 8.0, although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, a little smaller display and a way worse 600 x 1024 resolution. The LG G Pad F2 8.0 has a faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab, because it has 1,5 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores.
The LG G Pad F2 8.0 has a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab, although it has only 16 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Tab has greater battery lifetime than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because it has a 33 percent bigger battery capacity. Galaxy Tab counts with a slightly better camera than LG G Pad F2 8.0, although it has a lot worse video quality and a much lower 3 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera.
LG G Pad F2 8.0 is more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
