The Galaxy Tab S8 is way better than the LG G Pad F2 8.0, getting a 76.7 score against 62.7. The Galaxy Tab S8 design is notably newer and thinner than LG G Pad F2 8.0's, but it's a lot heavier. Galaxy Tab S8 has a lot better camera than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because it has a way better (4K) video quality and a back camera with lot more megapixels.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G Pad F2 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G Pad F2 8.0. If you want to save some money, you can get LG G Pad F2 8.0, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
