Comparison review

LG G Pad X 8.0 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, getting a 63.5 score against 61.7. The LG G Pad X 8.0 is a much newer tablet device, and it's also lighter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE. Both devices we compare here include Android OS (Operating System), but LG G Pad X 8.0 has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 version, so it offers some extra features and performance enhancements.

LG G Pad X 8.0 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and more cpu cores. LG G Pad X 8.0 has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a much better 1200 x 1920px resolution, a lot better amount of pixels per inch in the display and a little bit larger screen.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has just a bit better camera than LG G Pad X 8.0, although it has a much worse 1280x720 video quality and a back facing camera with much less mega pixels resolution. The LG G Pad X 8.0 counts with a much greater storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has 8 GB more internal storage and a SD extension slot that supports up to 128 GB.

The LG G Pad X 8.0 features a bit superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a 4650mAh battery capacity.
