LG G Pad X 8.0 has a score of 63.5, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab's 58.6 general score. The LG G Pad X 8.0 design is incredibly newer, extremely thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy Tab. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad X 8.0 has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version, giving you lots of additional features and optimized performance.

LG G Pad X 8.0 counts with a brighter display than Galaxy Tab, because it has a quite larger display, a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a much greater pixels number per inch in the screen. The LG G Pad X 8.0 has a better performing processing unit than Galaxy Tab, because it has more cores and a larger amount of RAM.

The LG G Pad X 8.0 has a greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab, although it has just 16 GB internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab captures clearer photographs and videos than LG G Pad X 8.0, although it has a much less MP resolution camera in the back and a lot worse video quality.

The LG G Pad X 8.0 has a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a 4650mAh battery capacity.
