Comparison review
The LG G Pad X 8.3 has a general score of 63.8, which is a little bit better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's overall score of 60.8. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G Pad X 8.3 has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2, giving a couple nice extra features. The LG G Pad X 8.3 construction is newer and a bit thinner than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's, although it is somewhat heavier.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a much sharper screen than LG G Pad X 8.3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better pixel number per inch in the display and a bit higher 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G Pad X 8.3, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has just a little better hardware performance than LG G Pad X 8.3, because although it has lesser cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also counts with an additional graphics processor. LG G Pad X 8.3 has a much longer battery life than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
