The Galaxy Player 4.2 has a general score of 53.1, which is a little bit better than LG Optimus Pad's 50.3 global score. Galaxy Player 4.2's construction is a lot lighter and incredibly thinner than the LG Optimus Pad. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Player 4.2 has an older 2.3.5 version while LG Optimus Pad has Android 3.0.

The LG Optimus Pad features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Player 4.2, because it has a greater number of 1 gigahertz cores. Samsung Galaxy Player 4.2 counts with a little bit better looking screen than LG Optimus Pad, because although it has a way worse 800 x 480px resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixels quantity per inch in the screen.

The LG Optimus Pad captures way better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Player 4.2, because it has a way more mega pixels back facing camera and a much higher (Full HD) video definition.
