Comparison review
The iPad 4 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface 3, getting a global score of 66.9 against 66.3. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the iPad 4 design is just a little bit heavier and just a little thicker than Microsoft Surface 3. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a bit better processing power than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and 3 GB more RAM memory.
The iPad 4 counts with a more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a bit higher pixel density. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a much greater storage to store more apps and games than iPad 4, because it has 96 GB more internal storage capacity.
Apple iPad 4 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a lot lower resolution camera and a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution. The Apple iPad 4 and Microsoft Surface 3 count with extremely similar battery durations.
