Comparison review
The Apple iPad Air has a score of 75.7, which is much better than Microsoft Surface 3's overall score of 66.3. The Apple iPad Air body is extremely lighter and somewhat thinner than Microsoft Surface 3, despite of the fact that it was released around 19 months before. IPad Air has a bit faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has less RAM and a lower number of cores, it also counts with a graphics processor and a 64-bit processor.
The Apple iPad Air has an incredibly better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a little better screen density. The Microsoft Surface 3 features a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad Air, because it has 128 GB internal storage.
Apple iPad Air features a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface 3. The Apple iPad Air captures greater pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a worse (Full HD) video definition and a back camera with a much worse 5 MP resolution.
IPad Air costs a little more money than the Microsoft Surface 3, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
