Comparison review
IPad mini is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface 3, getting a score of 68.1 against 66.3. The iPad mini construction is extremely lighter and thinner than the Microsoft Surface 3. The iPad mini features a bit sharper screen than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a much lower resolution of 768 x 1024 pixels, a way smaller display and a just a little lower screen pixel density.
Microsoft Surface 3 has a much bigger memory for applications and games than Apple iPad mini, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity. Microsoft Surface 3 features just a little better processing power than Apple iPad mini, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores and 3,5 GB more RAM.
The Apple iPad mini features a way better camera than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a lower video quality and a lot less megapixels resolution back facing camera. The iPad mini features a very superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface 3.
