Comparison review

The iPad Air is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, with a 77.9 score against 75.1. The iPad Air works with iOS 8.x OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 4 works with Windows 10 Pro OS. The iPad Air is an older tablet than the Microsoft Surface Pro 4, but it is much lighter and a little thinner anyway.

Apple iPad Air counts with just a bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a just a bit worse pixel density, a much lower 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a way smaller display. Apple iPad Air counts with a really superior processing power than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has 15 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit, 2 more cores and an extra GPU.

IPad Air takes a lot better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a worse (Full HD) video resolution and a camera with a way lower 5 mega-pixels resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Apple iPad Air, because it has more internal memory.

IPad Air counts with a superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
